The City of Geneva Comptroller's office is conveniently located in downtown Geneva. Normal office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

The Finance Department is the customer service core for the City of Geneva. Our staff, and that of our financial partner, Lyons National Bank, recognize that your investment dollars, be they in the form of property taxes, sales, taxes, utility payments, or other payments to the City are as precious to you as they are to us. To that end, we manage your investment with the goal of providing a high level of value in terms of efficiency, great services, programs, and facilities.

Finance Department staff manages other internal and external customer service functions, including acceptance of payments for fines, fees, and late taxes, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, budget administration, and audit services.
