Fire Safety Inspection Program

Under Title 19NYCRR part 444.3(d)(3) of the Laws of the State of New York, all places of public assembly are inspected annually by the Geneva Fire Department's career staff.

Under Chapter 27.29 of the City of Geneva Municipal Code, all commercial occupancies are inspected biennially by the Geneva Fire Department's career staff. To schedule an inspection of commercial or residential property, please contact Sue Campbell at 789-5311.
