This indoor turf will be utilized during the spring and summer months.  This turf truly creates a multi-purpose facility at the GRC and will allow teams from all over the area to practice and play on turf.  The turf has soccer and box lacrosse lines, but can be utilized for a variety of other activities, including flag football, dodgeball, exercise classes and much more. 

 We are looking forward to the 2nd season in 2012 and to see both youth and adults partake in new and exciting programs at the GRC.

ARENA FLAG FOOTBALL

Dates: Sunday’s -  Starting March 24
Location:  GRC—Turf
Times:  Game starts: 4p, 5p & 6p
Fee:       $150.00 Per Team –Resident   $200.00 Per Team –Non-Residents
Deadline to Register:  Weds. March 20th  Length of season will depend on teams registered. League champs receive t-shirts, tourney champs and runners-up receive trophies.  Leagues 6 teams limit, first come first serve. League playoffs will conclude no later than May 12.

ADULT BOX LACROSSE  

Dates:  Monday Nights  April 8-May 20

Time:  6-7:30p

Ages: 16 and up

Coordinator:  Dave Sharman

Fee:  $5.00 per night or $28.00 for full 7 weeks

Non-contact league for adults, women welcome.  No previous experience required.  Sticks, mouth guards, gloves and face protection is required. No cleats.  Turf shoes or sneakers only.  If enough register, we can consider tournaments and leagues for the summer!  Goalie equipment is provided and goalies play for free!

 

 

CO-ED ADULT  INDOOR SOCCER

   Dates:  Sunday Nights April 7-May 26

 Time:  7-9pm

    Ages: 16 and up

  Fee:  $5.00 per night or $32.00 for full 8 weeks

Play with friends at our new indoor turf facility.  Starting as a drop in league where you will get an
opportunity to play with many different people. If program grows, we will consider full fledged leagues and tournaments.

 

YOUTH PROGRAMS

Dates: Monday—Friday April 1-5

Time: Soccer 5:30-6:30    Lacrosse 6:45-7:45p

Fee: $20 per child, $35 max per household (per program)

Ages: 4-11yrs

Location: Geneva Rec Complex

Both clinics to be run on the indoor turf.  Fun activities that incorporate skill building, team play and learning the games will be utilized.  Both these programs will help prepare your child for the upcoming summer lacrosse and soccer programs!
