Zoning Board of Appeals

The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of seven (7) members who are appointed by the Geneva City Council for a term of three (3) years. The Board meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the Public Safety Building, 255 Exchange Street, Geneva, New York.

Following is the Board's meeting schedule and membership along with an application to the Zoning Board of Appeals.  Any questions regarding the filing of an appeal should be directed to the Code Enforcement Office at (315) 789-5311.
