The City of Geneva is seeking high-quality development projects for sites and buildings throughout our dynamic location in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York.

Our focus is on clean manufacturing projects, high technology, specialty food research and development, and wine and culture centered tourism.

Our aggressive recruitment package for new and expanding businesses includes federal and state grant facilitation, very low interest financing, tax-exempt bonding, very low cost incubation space (including production, administration, and lab space), and scores of technical expertise.
