Birth Certificate

Individuals born in the City or parents seeking copies of your own, or your child’s birth certificate may obtain copies from the City Clerk’s Office. All dogs kept in the City of Geneva are required to be immunized by a certified professional and licensed by the City. Licenses are issued by the City Clerk’s Office.
