Traffic Tickets

Traffic tickets must be paid at the Geneva Municipal Court. The Court office is located at the Public Safety Building at 255 Exchange Street.

Parking Tickets

Parking tickets may be paid online, or in person at the Comptroller’s Office at City Hall. Our office is located on the first floor of City Hall at 47 Castle Street in downtown Geneva.

Fines or fees may be paid in person at the Comptroller’s Office at City Hall. Our office is located on the first floor of City Hall at 47 Castle Street in downtown Geneva.

Property Taxes

Property taxes are collected by our financial partner, First Niagara Financial Group. Payments may be made in person at the downtown Geneva branch at the corner of Castle and Exchange Streets. On-time, exact amount payments may also be made by mail. Payments should be mailed to the address listed on the bill.
