If you’re involved in an emergency, call 911
immediately.
Other, less severe incidents can be reported via our
online module or in person at the Public Safety Building, located at 255
Exchange Street.

A Property Maintenance Issue
If you witness a property maintenance issue within the
City limits, you can report it online via our
SeeClickFix module, or
contact our
Neighborhood Resource staff.
Property maintenance issues are managed by the
Office of Neighborhood Initiatives. For more information, click

Public Facility Issues
If you see an issue with a public facility, including
streets, sidewalks, signage, traffic signals, parks, cemeteries, or other
City buildings or facilities, you can report it online via our
SeeClickFix module, or in person on the 3rd floor of City
Hall, at 47 Castle Street in downtown Geneva.
Public Facilities are managed by the Department of
Public Works.

Outages
To report a streetlight outage, you can contact NYSEG
directly by clicking
