If you are witnessing a water line break or other major leakage, call 911 immediately.

For non-emergency inquiries, including basement flooding, unavailable service, service reconnections, etc., visit our offices on the 3rd floor of City Hall, located at 47 Castle Street in downtown Geneva.

Public Facility Services

For repairs or other service to public facilities, including streets, sidewalks, parks, cemeteries, or other public buildings/grounds, issues may be reported via our SeeClickFix application, or just visit our offices on the 3rd floor of City Hall, located at 47 Castle Street in downtown Geneva.
